One of the programs - Nov 2, 1968 - contains this description: The Choral Group was formed about three years ago by a group of SLAC music lovers for the enjoyment of singing together and entertaining others on the project. The time and energy devoted to these performances have been during noon hours and after work. The Group is open to anyone at SLAC who is interested in music of all kinds or desires to help in any of the capacities listed on this program."
